Garage door
PaintableSteel, aluminum or wood
Cleaned, degreased and primed where needed, then coated in a modern color. A dark garage door is one of the fastest ways to make a house look new.

We modernize older stucco homes without tearing anything down: a new entry portal, crisp trims, a full re-skim and a smooth new finish with granite black accents.
Before & after
Same walls, same roofline, same driveway. Everything you notice is the makeover.

Most people don't know this
Aluminum, vinyl, PVC, steel and stucco can all take a new color with the right prep and primer. Matching them is what makes a makeover look finished.
Steel, aluminum or wood
Cleaned, degreased and primed where needed, then coated in a modern color. A dark garage door is one of the fastest ways to make a house look new.
Usually aluminum
Cleaned, sanded and primed with a bonding primer, then painted to match the trim so they disappear or become a crisp dark accent.
Aluminum or vinyl
Washed and coated with a primer and exterior paint made for that material, turning faded white into a sharp contrast line.
Fiberglass, steel or wood
Prepped and repainted so the entrance matches the new portal and accents.
Aluminum, vinyl or PVC
Cleaned, scuffed and coated with paint rated for that material. On vinyl in Florida sun we use vinyl-safe colors so the frames don't overheat and warp.
Cement stucco or EIFS
Repaired, re-skimmed smooth and finished, or simply recoated in a new color if the texture is already right.
Heavy knockdown and swirl textures date a Florida home. We repair cracks and loose areas, re-skim the whole wall flat, then finish it in a fine, even texture. The house keeps its stucco; it just looks new.
Shaped foam lets us add window surrounds, bands, sills, column caps and whole entry portals to an existing house. Each piece is coated and finished to match, so it looks built-in, not stuck on.

Questions
Yes. After repairing cracks and loose areas, we re-skim the whole wall to flatten heavy or uneven texture, then apply a fine finish such as Sto Stolit 1.5 for a clean, smooth, modern look.
Usually not. If the stucco is sound, we repair the problem areas and build the makeover on top: trims, a full re-skim and a new finish. Loose or water-damaged areas are repaired first.
Yes. Shaped foam trims, window and door surrounds, bands, sills and column caps are attached to the existing wall, coated with a reinforced base coat and finished to match, the same way details are built on new homes.
Yes. Aluminum gutters and downspouts, aluminum or vinyl soffit and fascia, and steel or aluminum garage doors can all be cleaned, primed with the right bonding primer and painted in a new color.
Yes, with the right prep and a paint rated for the material. On vinyl we stick to vinyl-safe colors, because very dark colors can absorb enough Florida heat to warp vinyl frames.
Yes. Many makeovers focus on the front elevation and the entrance, since that's what people see. We make sure the new finish and color transition cleanly at the corners.
A Sto acrylic finish with a fine 1.5 mm aggregate. The small, consistent texture reads smooth and modern from the street, compared with the heavy hand textures on many older Florida homes.
Often, yes, for color and trim changes. We give you the drawings, colors and product details your HOA usually asks for.
