FESG repairs stucco and EIFS in Naples with special attention to wall-system identification, finish visibility, architectural details, repeated condo or managed-property conditions, openings, lower-wall transitions, and the permit or flood context that can affect larger scopes. We plan the repair boundary around sound material and a finish strategy that makes sense for the whole elevation.

NAPLES EXTERIOR SERVICES
Naples repair work can be technically small and still demand careful finish control. A front elevation patch, damaged EIFS band, repeated condo condition, or lower-wall repair can require different removal depths, reinforcement, access planning, and finish boundaries. We separate the wall-system repair from the appearance and project-management decisions before pricing the work.
STUCCO REPAIRCrack, patch, chip, and finish repair planned around texture, color, sheen, age, prior coatings, and how visible the completed work will be from normal viewing distance.
The repair boundary matters as much as the patch material. We review the full elevation, previous repairs, architectural breaks, finish age, and lighting exposure before deciding whether a localized blend is realistic or a broader finish transition should be discussed.
EIFS REPAIRLayered EIFS repair for impact damage, soft or failed areas, damaged bands, trim, reveals, columns, and conditions where the repair extends beyond the finish coat.
EIFS and decorative foam details are layered assemblies. When damage reaches through the finish, the repair may involve insulation, reinforced base coat, mesh, profile rebuilding, terminations, and adjacent transitions before the final texture is restored.
PARGING & FOUNDATION FINISHESRepair and refinishing for exposed block, concrete, parging, foundation transitions, entry walls, columns, and lower-wall areas where substrate and finish continuity both matter.
Lower walls and architectural transitions often have different substrates and exposure from the primary façade. We review the base material, adjacent stucco or EIFS, grade relationship, previous coatings, and a practical termination point before rebuilding or refinishing the area.

PROJECT PROOF

Before & after · Fort Myers
A recent FESG job in Fort Myers. Roof runoff kept this dormer wet, and algae and mold had turned the stucco green and black along the roof line and below the window. It was mostly a repair job: we cleaned the stucco gently, repaired the damaged areas, then renovated the finish so the dormer is one even color again. We see the same algae problem on dormers across Naples and handle it the same way.

For builders
Much of our work is new construction for home builders. This is one of the homes we finished for Centennial Homes: EIFS columns, balcony surrounds and wall panels in two colors. Builders bring us in for the parts of the elevation that make the house look custom.

Commercial
A restaurant pad with a drive-thru, anchoring a strip of storefronts. The EIFS and stucco had to look sharp under signage and night lighting, stay consistent from unit to unit, and get done around open businesses and a working drive-thru lane.
For Naples plazas, storefronts and offices we plan the work by elevation and tenant, so customers can still get in the door.
NAPLES REPAIR CONDITIONS
A technically sound patch can still be a poor Naples repair if it leaves an obvious texture change, distorted architectural profile, inconsistent condo elevation, or repair boundary that flashes in direct light. We define the wall condition first, then plan how the completed repair will read across the surrounding exterior.
Aged coatings, repainting, sun exposure, and previous repair products can make spot work stand out. We evaluate texture, color, sheen, natural break lines, and viewing distance before deciding whether a localized blend is realistic.
If the wall feels soft, exposes foam or reinforced layers, or has failed repeatedly, the repair boundary may need to extend through insulation, mesh, base coat, or adjacent transitions rather than stop at the visible mark.
Architectural EIFS shapes have geometry as well as finish. Repair work may require rebuilding the profile, reinforcing the shape, restoring base coat, and then matching the surrounding texture so the detail remains straight and consistent.
Openings concentrate stucco or EIFS, frames, sealants, flashing, trim, and finish transitions in one place. We review the whole opening condition before choosing where the repair should begin and end.
Multiple related areas should be grouped by elevation, access, wall system, finish standard, and priority. One documented repair approach is easier to manage and review than a collection of unrelated patches.
Impact, irrigation splash, landscaping contact, previous resurfacing, and substrate changes can leave lower walls visibly different from upper elevations. We review the block, concrete, parging, and adjacent finish before choosing the new repair edge.
IDENTIFY THE NAPLES WALL SYSTEM
Naples properties can combine cement-based stucco over masonry or framed assemblies, EIFS/synthetic stucco, decorative foam profiles, painted finishes, parging, and later remodel tie-ins. The existing assembly determines what layers may need removal, how the repair is reinforced, and how the finish or architectural profile is rebuilt.
Cement-based stucco repair may involve removing unsound material, rebuilding the repair area, matching the surrounding texture, and blending the finished surface. The correct scope depends on the substrate and how far the damage extends.
EIFS is a layered wall system, so repairs may involve insulation, reinforced base coat, mesh, finish coat, and transitions around openings. A surface-only patch is not always enough when deeper layers are affected.
LOCAL PATCH, WIDER FINISH OR MANAGED REPAIR PROGRAM?
Keep the scope contained when the surrounding material is sound, the damaged layers are limited, and there is a realistic finish boundary that will not leave an obvious patch on the elevation.
Widen the finish strategy when texture, color, sheen, architectural detail, or direct light would make a technically small spot repair remain visibly pieced together.
Standardize the repair when the same condition occurs across condo units, elevations, balconies, or commercial areas so access, documentation, materials, and finish expectations stay consistent.
NAPLES REPAIR ESTIMATE PREP
For high-visibility or managed-property work, close-ups alone are not enough. We need to see where the damage sits on the elevation, what details surround it, how the finish reads from normal viewing distance, and whether access or management requirements affect the scope.
NAPLES STUCCO REPAIR COST FACTORS
A small repair beside a decorative band on a prominent elevation can require more careful shaping, access, and finish blending than a larger hidden repair on a simple wall. We price the actual wall condition and project constraints instead of advertising a one-size-fits-all online patch rate.
Prominent façades, entries, courtyards, balconies, and direct light can require a wider blend strategy.
Bands, reveals, columns, trim, and shaped EIFS profiles add geometry, reinforcement, and finish work.
Upper levels, balconies, occupied areas, lifts, landscaping, and property-management scheduling affect setup and production.
Fading, repainting, previous patches, coating sheen, and product differences can increase the practical finish area.
Larger alterations, storm restoration, or qualifying flood-zone properties can require additional documentation and scope review.
NAPLES REPAIR PROJECT TYPES
The repair materials may be similar, but project management is different on a high-visibility home, an occupied condo property, and a commercial façade. We organize the scope around how visible, repeatable, accessible, and coordinated the finished result needs to be.
Cracks, impact damage, old patches, façade changes, openings, additions, architectural details, and finish matching where the completed appearance is a major part of the repair decision.
Repeated repair programs organized by elevation, access, unit or building area, system type, finish standard, and management requirements so the work can be reviewed consistently.
Qualifying repair and restoration scopes involving EIFS, bands, profiles, renovation tie-ins, repeated exterior conditions, and controlled finish standards on commercial or multifamily exteriors.
NAPLES COVERAGE
This page is focused on Naples stucco and EIFS repair. FESG also reviews qualifying repair scopes in nearby Collier County based on project location, access, size, management requirements, and scheduling. Send the exact address so the estimate and permit discussion use the correct City or County jurisdiction rather than relying on the mailing city alone.
NAPLES PERMIT + FLOOD CONTEXT
The City of Naples says building permits are generally required when an owner or authorized agent intends to construct, enlarge, alter, or repair a building unless a specific exemption applies. Its published exemption list includes items such as painting and certain minor repairs, but it does not provide a blanket exemption for stucco repair. The City currently lists the 8th Edition 2023 Florida Building Code for permit applications. For structures in a Special Flood Hazard Area, Naples also applies substantial-improvement and substantial-damage review; the City's current cost worksheet specifically includes exterior wall finishes such as stucco, painting, and decorative molding in project valuation. A Naples mailing address can also fall under Collier County rather than the City, so we use the exact project address and full scope before assuming which permitting authority or flood review applies.
NAPLES FAQ
We plan for the closest practical blend, but we do not promise that every spot repair will be invisible. Texture, color, coating type, age, fading, sheen, repair location, and viewing angle all affect the result. When a local blend is unlikely to look clean, we discuss a wider finish boundary instead of pretending the patch alone will solve the appearance problem.
EIFS is a layered system that can include insulation, reinforced base coat, mesh, acrylic finish, and shaped architectural details. Damage can extend through several layers even when the visible mark is small. Traditional cement stucco uses a different assembly and repair sequence, so we identify the wall system before choosing the method.
Yes, for qualifying scopes. Architectural EIFS repair may involve rebuilding the shape, reinforcement, base coat, edges, and final finish so the geometry remains consistent with the surrounding detail rather than simply coating over the damaged profile.
Yes, we review qualifying condo, multifamily, and managed-property repair scopes. Repeated areas are easier to manage when they are grouped by elevation, access, wall system, finish standard, occupied-area constraints, and management requirements before the work is sequenced.
The City of Naples says permits are generally required for building construction, alteration, and repair unless a specific exemption applies. Its published exemption list does not give stucco repair a blanket exemption. The actual address and scope should be checked with the applicable permitting authority before work starts.
For qualifying structures in a Special Flood Hazard Area, Naples substantial-improvement or substantial-damage review can consider the total value of the improvement or restoration. The City's current cost worksheet specifically includes exterior wall finishes such as stucco, painting, and decorative molding, so a larger exterior scope can matter beyond the individual patch.
Send a full elevation from normal viewing distance, close-ups of the existing texture and damaged area, nearby architectural details and openings, and photos in ordinary daylight. Include the address, approximate height, access conditions, and any repainting or previous-repair history you know.
Repeated conditions should be reviewed together. We group the areas by failure type, wall system, access, and finish expectation so the repair standard and sequencing remain consistent instead of creating a different patch decision at every location.
Yes, for qualifying scopes. Commercial and larger managed-property work is reviewed around access, operating conditions, repeated repair areas, architectural details, finish consistency, documentation, and any permit or project-management requirements that affect staging.
NAPLES ESTIMATES
Wide photos plus close-ups help us review the wall system, finish visibility, architectural details, access, repeated conditions, approximate repair area, and whether the project looks localized or needs a broader on-site assessment.
LOCATION
Use the Naples service-area map for the general location, then send the exact project address with the repair photos. The address matters because the City of Naples and Collier County administer separate permitting systems, and flood-zone review can affect larger restoration scopes.
