Nokomis runs from older homes along the Intracoastal to Casey Key's Gulf-front estates and the golf communities east of US-41. FESG repairs cracked and storm-damaged stucco, restores EIFS on larger custom homes, and matches finishes on everything from 1960s block homes to modern coastal builds.

NOKOMIS EXTERIOR SERVICES
Nokomis work ranges widely. A Casey Key home might need EIFS details rebuilt after storm damage, while a Sorrento Shores home needs a crack repaired and the patch blended into a faded wall. We match the method to the house.
STUCCO REPAIRCrack, impact and storm repairs on Nokomis homes and buildings, with texture and color blended into the existing wall.
We open the damaged area to sound material, rebuild it, and plan where the finish should stop so the repair doesn't show.
EIFSLayer-by-layer EIFS repairs and new EIFS details and walls in Nokomis, using matching manufacturer systems such as Sto and Dryvit.
EIFS is repaired with the same layers it was built with: foam, mesh, base coat and finish. We use the original manufacturer's materials so the repair performs like the rest of the wall.
PARGING & FOUNDATION FINISHESRepair and re-parging of block, stem walls and lower walls on Nokomis homes worn by water, soil and impact.
The base of the wall takes water, soil and impact. We repair loose or damaged material and re-parge so the lower wall is protected again.

PROJECT PROOF

Before & after · Fort Myers
A recent FESG job in Fort Myers. Roof runoff kept this dormer wet, and algae and mold had turned the stucco green and black along the roof line and below the window. It was mostly a repair job: we cleaned the stucco gently, repaired the damaged areas, then renovated the finish so the dormer is one even color again. We see the same algae problem on dormers across Nokomis and handle it the same way.

For builders
Much of our work is new construction for home builders. This is one of the homes we finished for Centennial Homes: EIFS columns, balcony surrounds and wall panels in two colors. Builders bring us in for the parts of the elevation that make the house look custom.

Commercial
A restaurant pad with a drive-thru, anchoring a strip of storefronts. The EIFS and stucco had to look sharp under signage and night lighting, stay consistent from unit to unit, and get done around open businesses and a working drive-thru lane.
For Nokomis plazas, storefronts and offices we plan the work by elevation and tenant, so customers can still get in the door.
NOKOMIS REPAIR CONDITIONS
Gulf-front and bayfront homes take the most salt and wind. Older inland homes are more likely to have generations of patches. The same visible crack can need a very different repair depending on where the house sits.
Gulf-front walls get the full force of salt spray and storms. Corroded accessories, open joints and worn finish are common and need proper repair before refinishing.
Many larger Casey Key and waterfront homes use EIFS for bands, cornices and parapets. Damaged EIFS needs layer-by-layer repair with matching materials.
Homes from the 1950s to 1980s often carry decades of repairs in different textures. We decide whether to repair spot by spot or refinish a whole elevation.
Milton made landfall just up the coast in 2024. Impact damage, cracks and loose stucco from that season still turn up during inspections.
Calusa Lakes and Mission Valley homes are mostly block with stucco. Common needs are crack repair, lanai tie-ins and refinishing faded walls.
Homes along the Intracoastal and Dona Bay can see high water and splash at the base of the wall. We repair and re-parge the lower wall to protect it.
IDENTIFY THE NOKOMIS WALL SYSTEM
Nokomis homes are mostly concrete block with cement stucco, but many Casey Key and waterfront custom homes use EIFS for details or full walls. We confirm the system before choosing a repair.
Cement-based stucco repair may involve removing unsound material, rebuilding the repair area, matching the surrounding texture, and blending the finished surface. The correct scope depends on the substrate and how far the damage extends.
EIFS is a layered wall system, so repairs may involve insulation, reinforced base coat, mesh, finish coat, and transitions around openings. A surface-only patch is not always enough when deeper layers are affected.
LOCAL REPAIR OR LARGER RESTORATION?
Localized cracks, impact damage, holes, or a failed patch can often be approached as a contained repair when the surrounding wall is sound.
Widespread cracking, multiple soft areas, recurring failures, or damage spanning several elevations can justify a broader repair plan instead of repeatedly patching isolated spots.
Additions, new construction, major façade changes, and large replacement areas should be planned as complete wall-system work rather than treated like cosmetic patching.

NOKOMIS STUCCO REPAIR COST FACTORS
We do not publish a fake one-size-fits-all repair price because access, depth, wall system, matching difficulty, and the condition behind the finish can change the amount of work substantially. These are the factors that usually matter most when we review a Nokomis repair.
A surface crack is different from a repair that extends through several layers.
Upper stories, tight side yards, landscaping, and staging requirements affect setup.
A visible front elevation may require more careful blending than a hidden utility wall.
Soft areas, repeat failures, or unknown previous repairs can change the repair plan.
Traditional stucco and EIFS are repaired differently and may involve different materials and steps.

We adjust staging, protection and finish standards to the property, whether it is a Gulf-front custom home or a golf-community villa.

NOKOMIS LOCAL CONTEXT
Nokomis and Casey Key are not incorporated cities, so permits generally go through Sarasota County rather than a city office. Casey Key is a barrier island with coastal construction rules, and many waterfront homes are in flood zones where larger storm repairs can need additional review. We confirm the requirements from the address and scope before work starts.
NOKOMIS FAQ
Yes. We repair stucco and EIFS on Casey Key homes, including architectural details and walls exposed to salt and wind. Send photos and the address so we can plan access.
Most Nokomis homes are cement stucco over block. Larger custom and waterfront homes often use EIFS for details or full walls. Tap the wall: EIFS sounds hollower and feels slightly soft. We can confirm from photos.
Nokomis and Casey Key are unincorporated, so Sarasota County is generally the permitting authority. We confirm requirements for your address and scope.
Often, yes, if the existing finish is in good shape and the repair can be blended. On faded walls, refinishing to a corner usually looks better than a single patch.
Yes. Send photos of the damage and when it appeared. Some storm damage shows up later as cracks or stains, and we inspect for that too.
Yes. Green or black streaks on stucco, often on dormers and walls next to rooflines, mean the wall is staying wet. We find the cause (usually roof runoff, gutters or shade), clean the stucco gently instead of pressure washing it, repair any cracked or soft stucco underneath, and refinish so the wall is one even color again.
